  • What is your returns policy?

    You can return furniture within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping charges.

    After 14 days (up to 90 days), returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded after 14 days.

    Items must be undamaged and unmodified. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

  • Products upholstered in Sunbrella® fabric are priced higher than our standard fabric options. This reflects the material cost of Sunbrella® performance fabric, which is made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic — a process where colour pigments are integrated into each fibre before spinning, rather than applied as a surface finish. This construction contributes to the fabric's fade resistance, UV protection, and resistance to mould, mildew, and staining.

    Sunbrella® fabric is also water-resistant and designed to be easy to clean with mild soap and water, maintaining its appearance through regular outdoor use. For customers in Australia's harsher climates — coastal, tropical, or high-UV environments — the additional durability of Sunbrella® fabric may make it a worthwhile consideration.

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders, utilizing Allied Express as our shipping partner, which generally delivers your items within 5-7 days after dispatch. This means that once you purchase your in-stock item, you can expect to receive it within 7-9 days.

    On the other hand, items marked as "Pre-Order" are not immediately available for shipment and will be sent out at a future date specified on the product page. This pre-order option allows you to reserve high-demand or forthcoming items in advance. The earliest shipping date from our Melbourne facility is clearly stated, ensuring you know exactly when to expect your pre-ordered item to be on its way.
