How much does shipping cost?
Outdoor Nook Australia offers flat-rate shipping at A$89 for all orders over $500. Currently, we ship to New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA), and Tasmania (TAS)
Northern Territory (NT): Additional freight charges apply. Please contact us for a quote .

We deliver throughout Australia, including all states and territories:
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Victoria (VIC)
- Queensland (QLD)
- South Australia (SA)
- Western Australia (WA)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Northern Territory (NT) - additional fees apply
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
How long will it take to receive my items?
Standard delivery timeframes:
- NSW, VIC, QLD: 5-7 business days
- SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT: 7-14 business days For the most current shipping

Note: Delivery times commence from dispatch, not from order placement. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do I need to be home when my items are delivered?
No signature is required for delivery. Your furniture will be delivered curbside or to your doorstep during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
Is there assembly required?
Most Outdoor Nook furniture requires minimal assembly with no tools needed. Once unboxed, you should be relaxing on your new recliner or sofa within minutes. Detailed [assembly instructions are available here]
How many boxes are delivered?
**Recliners:** Each recliner ships in one box.
**Recliner Sofas:** Typically one box per seat, depending on the model.
**Side Tables & Accessories:** One box per item.
Large orders may arrive across multiple deliveries.
